Ideasmart Promos Inc / Worldwide Promotional Solutions Inc officially incorporated in January 2011. Our overseas support teams have been sourcing in China since the early 1990’s. Ideasmart/WWPS will help provide the most stable sourcing channel between United States businesses and overseas factories.

Our mission is to provide you with the best customer service, ever, period. We will start by answering our phones when they ring. We too, are frustrated by talking to machines. First impressions still matter. We believe speaking to a live person is a great start, to forming a business relationship.

Our core backgrounds are centered in customer service. We specialized in the Commodities markets and Stock exchanges respectively for a majority of our business lives. Combined, over 55 years of analyzing the financials, products and services of other companies and our worlds natural resources. As the years passed, more and more products came from overseas, mainly Japan, Korea and China respectively. Now China, because of its vast resources, is exporting more products than ever. They are now the #3 exporter in the world, trailing only by the United States and Germany.

The next logical step for us was to align ourselves with a proven market. Since China's momentum is growing fast with exports growing at over 26% a year, over the last 10 years. Running up a $260 billion trade imbalance with the U.S. sparked our intrigued to take advantage of our superior customer service skill set, and apply it to a very fast growing market.

We felt the only element missing was to give the American based business consumer an American based company. We take the mystery and guess work out of the import equation saving you, headaches, time and money.
